How do I use Balance Cream?
Massage 1 pump into thin skin areas including the face, neck, chest, inner-arms, perineum and lower abdomen. Massage well into skin.
Be sure to rotate sites, so that you do not over saturate the areas. The pump dispenses approximately 0.6g per pump, roughly equivalent to a level ¼ tsp. Apply to your face and neck and you'll see how the added peptides strengthen your skin!
We expect you will see improvements in at least 4-8 weeks although many of our clients experience more immediate results; it will vary depending on the individual. As with any cosmetics, anti-aging creams, you should wash your hands after applying so as not to inadvertently apply to children, other family members or pets.

How do I use Balance with Irregular Periods?
When we are in Perimenopause and still having our periods but they are irregular, it can be difficult to time the use of progesterone.

Here are the directions for use if you have irregular periods: 

If your periods are irregular during peri-menopause,  start the Balance cream 10 to 12 days after the first day of the last menstrual period and continue for two weeks or until your period begins, whichever feels better. Sometimes your period may not start back up and so you can just simply take a break for a  week to 10 days, and then start again.

This is our general guidance in using the product, Balance.  If you are concerned with irregular periods, then you should talk to your practitioner to rule out any underlying conditions.
