How can I check my credit balance?Updated a day ago

Credit balances become visible in your customer portal after the first credit is added to your account. There are two ways to check your balance:

Via Subscriptions:

1. Log into your customer portal, then click "View your next order."

2. Scroll down to the Credits section, where you'll see your total available balance
   
   

Via Account Portal:

1. Log into your customer portal and click "Address & Payment Methods."
2. Select "Manage Payment Methods," then look for your available credit balance on the payment method page. You’ll also see your credit expiration date here.
