How do I see the status of my order?Updated 9 months ago

To check the status of your order, follow these steps:

  1. If you have an account, log in using your credentials. If you checked out as a guest, you might not have an account. Please reach out to customer service for further assistance. 

  2. In your account dashboard, there should be a section called "Order History". You should see a list of your recent orders. Click on the specific order you want to track.

  3. Once you're on the order details page, you should be able to see the current status of your order. This could be "Processing," "Shipped," or something similar. If your order has been shipped, there should be a tracking number provided. You can use this number on the shipping carrier's website to track the delivery status.
