Serving size 1-2 scoops, 1 scoop= 14g of protein, 2 scoops = 28g of protein. Use 2 scoops as a meal replacement.

Mix 1-2 packs with 8oz of water or blend with your favorite smoothie ingredients. 

For optimal results, take 1-2 times a day.
