My order says it was delivered but I do not have it. What should I do?Updated 4 months ago
1. Please confirm that the address we have on the order is correct
2. Please check the tracking number to confirm it was delivered
3. Please check with other members of your household to see if anyone may have put your package aside.
4. Please check the Porch, Garage area, side or back door in case the package was left there.
5. If you live in an apartment complex, please contact your rental office to see if they are holding your package there. Some packages won’t fit in your mailbox so carriers will often leave packages at a manager’s office for safekeeping
