Why won't my Balance cream Pump?Updated 8 hours ago

We are so sorry for the inconvenience! Below are possible solutions that we can try for this Balance cream to work.

1 Heat warning: If the bottle has been exposed to heat, contents will be under pressure. Let the bottle come to room temperature (no more than 74°F) or place it in the fridge before dispensing the cream.

2. When you first open a new bottle, you will need to prime the pump by giving it several (5-20) pumps in order for the cream to come out.

3.It doesn't happen very often, but at times air pockets can be trapped inside the bottle.

- First, pop the cap off of the bottom of the Balance bottle (there is a little rim at the bottom that you can use to pop the bottom cap off).

- Then reach into the bottom of the tube and give a little push (while holding the bottle upside down).

Then give it a few pumps. This should alleviate the problem.

From what we understand this should help to remove the air pockets in the bottle and it should pump with no issues.

Please contact us if this does not resolve the issue
