Yes, Julva can be used during menstruation. Although, we have not received any feedback relating to shifts in cycles while using Julva, typically when administering any type of hormone therapy (DHEA, testosterone, estrogen, progesterone, etc.) there can be a shift in cycle (timing, duration, or even breakthrough bleeding).
