How much Julva do I use?Updated 5 hours ago
Please begin using Julva® at ⅛ tsp (0.5ml) every day. We recommend getting an ⅛ tsp measuring spoon from the kitchen and using that the first few times until you have a visual of the right amount. ( please see the image below)
Some women will need less or more cream as time goes on. You want to use the smallest amount possible that provides relief.
For sensitive skin, start using it every other day for 1 to 2 weeks and then increase to once a day. If you're noticing increased sensitivity or irritation, stop for three days, begin back at half the amount every other day to work up.
Julva is designed to work and, and create healthier tissue.
We recommend using Julva® for at least 30 days at the recommended amount. We expect you will see improvements in at least 4-8 weeks although many of our clients experience more immediate results. After 30 days, if you have not experienced any improvements, it is generally safe to increase your Julva® application up to ¼ tsp daily. We suggest you consider twice a day application at ⅛ tsp daily. We don't recommend more than a ¼ tsp daily.
After the initial month of use, and once you’re experiencing improvements from daily use, you can go into a “maintenance” mode. Maintenance applications is typically 5 times per week. You should continue at this maintenance amount. It is fine if you do decide to continue using it everyday. Note that if you discontinue use of the product you will return to your baseline.
You may notice a warming and/or tingling sensation at first, which should not last longer than 10 to 20 minutes (It’s a similar sensation to a lip-plumper).
If the warming and/or tingling sensation lasts for longer than 20 minutes, discontinue use of Julva® for 72 hours or until symptoms subside. Restart Julva® at ½ the amount. If symptoms re-occur, discontinue use.
