How much Magnesium can we take?Updated 6 months ago

We can easily take 500 to 2000 mg of magnesium a day. Typically over 300 mg is what Dr Anna recommends but different types of magnesium have different effects. For those concerned about magnesium causing loose stools, none of Dr. Anna’s Beauty Sleep protocol products contain magnesium carbonate so this is not a cause for concern.
