You can stick to a fairly strict Keto-Green diet during the week but give yourself some leeway occasionally on a weekend or for a special social event. Having treats can actually encourage you and keep you loving this lifestyle. Then come Monday it’s back to vegetables, good fats, and protein. You’re compensating by going Keto-Green during the week. If you keep up your exercise program, there’s no way you’re going to regain pounds when you feast like this. You may even lose weight!”
