How do I fit in breakfast?Updated a year ago
We may eat 3 meals a day fasting 15hrs that will fit in. Ideally the goal is to not eat 4 to 5 hrs apart. As an example 10, 2 and 6 finishing by 7 would be an eating window that would work. You may push up. No snacking between meals and if we get hungry add more fat to the next meal is the basics of it all. Dr Anna likes a 15hr time frame herself.
