What do you recommend I do to continue losing weight and balancing hormones after the KG 16 Challenge is over?Updated a year ago

You can repeat the Keto-Green 16 a couple of times after finishing your first challenge, but Dr. Anna does want you to have one or two feast days in between your challenges, and perhaps even allow a week or two before restarting. Ultimately, though, Dr. Anna wants us to vary our diets more, so moving on to a regular Keto-Green diet makes sense. The asparagus, jicama, carrots, and bell pepper, for example, that we don't get on the Keto-Green diet also contain wonderful nutrients to nourish your body and help keep you from getting bored. 


Take a look at Chapter 11, "Day 17 and Beyond," for an explanation of how to transition from the Keto-Green 16 to healthy everyday Keto-Green eating. Dr. Anna designed the Keto-Green diet to promote hormone balance and weight loss so you shouldn't worry that you will gain back a bunch of weight by following it. You can use any of the recipes from The Hormone Fix and Dr. Anna's website as well as from MenuPause to continue from here. Keep in mind that some of the recipes in The Hormone Fix and online have dairy in them, which Dr. Anna says is a hormone disruptor for most of us, so proceed with caution on those recipes.
